Disc golf in Central Estonia

Small-town disc golf and recreation-centre courses that fit naturally into a road trip between Estonia’s bigger destinations.

Why play here?

Central Estonia is less about choosing one famous base and more about discovering courses as you travel. Järva and Jõgeva counties put local parks, forest rounds and sports-centre courses along routes many visitors already use between Tallinn and Tartu.

Planning your trip

Getting around

A car is the practical way to turn Central Estonia into a disc golf Region. Towns are connected by public transport, but the courses are scattered enough that a multi-round day is much easier when you can drive.

Where to base yourself

Paide works well for the Järva County side, while Põltsamaa can be a useful base or overnight stop for the Jõgeva County side. Many visitors will not need one base for the whole Region.

Good to know

Central Estonia is especially useful as a road-trip bridge. Add a round or an overnight stop between bigger destinations, or slow down and build a small-town disc golf route of its own.
